The Freedom .....

Actually the world is majorly depending on our mind,not even majorly, completely I would say,The world is our(your) mind.
how does that mind create a world? that's because of the DUALITY of the mind : thoughts .I have explained about that duality or the two folded way of the the mind in my ere articles so I'm not gonna say about it again.
why do we need a freedom?what is freedom? think about it....we all have been trapped to our own mind,thoughts, which are coming nonstop , we think and we believe that there's an actual real world so we are living in that.we think that our own world should be in our control,so we're trying to get that under our control .But is the World really under our control?does the world obey what we expect from them?No. Expectations are only giving suffers even they become true sometimes ,until then we're suffering.
                                                              So there's no need to suffer or worry if you can live without expecting anything from any one.when even you're expecting or wishing a thing that it would become true or not,that's  nature.you would get,what you have to be given,whether you;re expecting it or not.So leave your thoughts.Live freely without even expecting,or having attachments on your mind.Thoughts are coming to your mind. that's a natural thing,But don't let  them get  into you,just let them go.But you have to watch carefully about your mind,with a good concentration.Then you can see the Duality of your thoughts and then you can realize that your whole world is beginning in there.  when your concentration towards your mind get stronger, you can feel that you have got certain kind of freedom.you have got calm and peace.no need to fight with external world,because world is you.Though you live in that particular world you can smile,you can enjoy everything without having bondage with them.It's the freedom,the eternal happiness keeps you with the freedom.
